Use the Central Library Pick Up Window
A drivetime pickup window is located on the Grand Avenue side of the Central Library.

Hours Open:
Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Customers can choose the pickup window location on the public catalog as the place to get
their reserve items, or customers may call the library by 2:00 p.m. to have items moved to pickup
at the window.

To choose the pick up window location for reserve items on the public catalog, select Central
Pick Up Window when placing an online hold.

Basic service will be available at the window including:
• Check out of all items (library card is required)
• Payment of fines and fees (lost and problem items and long overdue accounts must be handled at the help desk inside the library)
• Renewal of library cards and change of address, telephone number, or email address

All other customer concerns and questions will be handled inside the library at the help desk.
